Your Ultra Apps account

If you have an Ultra Apps account you can delete it yourself. In the Ultra Apps mobile app open Settings, then Personal, then Account, and choose Delete account. This is immediate: your name, email address and profile picture are removed, your organisation and app memberships are revoked, and you are signed out. Records you created inside an organisation's workspace belong to that organisation and stay with it. You can also email us at hello@ultraapps.ai with the subject line “Data Deletion Request” and we will do the same within 7 business days.

Data that reached us through a business you dealt with

If you responded to an ad, filled in a form or messaged a WhatsApp number that we operate for one of our customers, including through our Facebook app, please email us at hello@ultraapps.ai with the subject line “Data Deletion Request”. We will process your request within 7 business days and pass it to that customer, who is the controller of your data.
